To maintain your apartment community and provide peaceful enjoyment of the facilities provided for all the residents, the following policies regarding pets have been established:
- The Property Manager must approve all pets.
- The pet must be a mature animal, not a puppy or kitten; and must be house broken before being brought into the apartment.
- The pet must be fully vaccinated and up to date on all shots and required preventative medications.
- Check with your property for size and weight limits.
- The pet must be kept in the apartment and taken out only with the owner. While outside, the pet must be kept on a leash. Pets that are tied outside will be removed.
- The pet must not disturb other residents.
- The LESSEE is responsible for damage or problems caused by the pet.
- At the sole discretion of the Property Manager, LESSOR may assess a fumigation fee upon LESSEE’s move-out. The LESSEE agrees to pay all costs associated with the fumigation and any the cost of repair for any damages caused by pet to the property.
- Additional monthly rent will be charged to LESSEE for each pet approved to reside within the property.
- Pets must be walked away from the building and the owner must remove refuse.
- The following breeds of dogs are prohibited on the property. Any Resident found to have such breed in the property will be deemed to be in material breach of the Lease and subject to termination and damages:

LESSOR reserves the right to add or remove additional breeds at its sole and exclusive discretion.
LESSEE understands the community pet policies and acknowledges that said policies have been explained to the LESSEE and agree to abide by these policies as listed:
- The pet is a mature animal, not a puppy or kitten and must be housebroken before being brought into apartment.
- If the pet is a dog there are size (70 lbs) restrictions specific to your property. Please check with your property manager for details.
- The pet must be kept in the apartment and taken out only with the LESSEE or a responsible person and always on a leash.
- Pet waste must be removed by the LESSEE or responsible person. LESSEE agrees to pay a fine for any waste not removed.
- The pet will not be allowed to disturb other residents.
- LESSEE will be responsible for any damages or problems caused by the pet.
- Fees and deposits will be determined by your property.
After the apartment has been inspected and the carpet shampooed, the balance of the deposit will be refunded, provided the pet has caused no damages.
